One difference stands between my last update and this:
I've graduated.
No doubt we all had the time of our life
But no one ever told me how bittersweet this is
Walking past school again
I had this sinking feeling knowing I'm not part of it anymore
Leaving is not the scariest part
Changing is.
We are afraid of changes in life
Afraid that when we come back,
all the world has moved on
and we are stuck at the moment we left.
And perhaps the scariest part of it all
is changes in relationships.
We all want to be irreplaceable
We all like to think friends today are friends forever
But that's not always the case.
Distance and time...something I learned in Physics 20
They stand in our way.
I have 48 days till I leave.
